Video surveillance

At 2care4, Tømrervej 9, 6710 Esbjerg V, we have video surveillance.

The purpose

The purpose of video surveillance is to prevent and solve crime as well as to create security for the staff. In addition, video surveillance can be used in connection with accidents on our storage facilities, for event and course detection.


All entrances and the warehouse is video monitored. This means, all employees, guests / visitors and business partners are monitored when they move on 2care4's areas. At the gate opposite Tømrervej, a camera has been set up to monitor the traffic into 2care4's address.

Description of the monitoring

In total we have 16 cameras at the address. The cameras are turned on 24 hours and record when activity/ movement occurs. The recordings from the main entrance and the entrance of the warehouse can be viewed on three screens available to the employees in the office / warehouse. This is necessary in relation to visitors as well as suppliers, as the office building and warehouse is always locked. Only selected key employees, with responsibility for the survillance have the opportunity to watch surveillance from home. The recordings will only be viewed in case of alarm.

Archiving and image processing

The recordings are stored on a hard disk at the company, and only selected key employees have access to these. In addition, the security company, can attend the surveillance in case of alarm. The recordings are only used in suspicion of criminal offenses, where it is handed to the police. The recordings are continuously overplayed and therefore not permanent.
